The Power of Vulnerability

This is one of the best TED talks I’ve ever heard. She captures the essence of the human struggle so succinctly and points out, using great humor, the paradox that vulnerability is at the epicentre of both sorrow and joy, exclusion and connection, and inspires the viewer to take meaningful risks and stop numbing the happiness out of their life.
